IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE
Please read the below carefully;
We takes no responsibility for customers machine’s, components or data if any other issues are found whilst running our fault diagnosis’s or repair’s, if this is the case we will contact the customer with a report of the issue and quote on the repair.
Evolution requires an upfront non refundable £25 payment for any service booked into the showroom & workshop, this payment will be taken off the final invoice.
If this machine is non repairable or considered beyond economically repair,Evolution reserve’s the right to take the payment for the fault diagnosis service & time spent diagnosing the issue.
Hardware faults; if your product is within its one year manufacture or extended warranty please bear in mind that by agreeing for Evolution to work on the machine, it may void any original warranty.
Software Faults; Evolution’s main priority at all times is to keep the customers data safe. Although we except no responsibility for any loss of data or software
If the machine is not collected within 30 days (With no contact) of our notice to you paid or not; we reserve the right to dispose of the machine as we feel appropriate, if customer contacts Evolution for date of collection beyond 30 days then we will hold the machine until such date
By leaving your machine, components & data with us you agree to the above terms & conditions.
Evolution will provide service to the best of our ability contacting the customer & notify the customer with any questions or information you have about their machines, components & data.
